For the coming week, our plan is:
Cheeseburger and Tot Casserole;
Smoked Turkey and sides;
Fettuccine Alfredo and garlic bread.
As always, these meals are subject to change without notice. This has helped me so much with staying on track.
I was pleasantly surprised on Saturday when I headed to weigh in before my breakfast with friends. The official scale showed me down 1.2 this week. This put my weight at 178.4. I am very excited this progress. That puts me 4 pounds down for January. That's not a bad way to start off the new year! I have started going through my closet and pulling out one or two pieces that I know I won't wear because it's too big or it makes me feel frumpy. I hope everyone has a great week!
